Qualifications:

Applicants for this position should first have a positive attitude and find joy in working with and teaching high school teenagers. Applicants must be willing to complete all first aid, concussion, and rules training required by the UHSAA. All potential employees must pass a background check.

Job Description and Function:

The head wrestling coach would begin immediately with the winter 2025-2026 season. The successful head coach applicant will be expected to organize the team schedule, supervise daily practices, complete team administrative paperwork, teach participants required skills, complete other duties as assigned by the principal, and any other job duties listed in district policy #1144. 

Compensation:

This position is paid a stipend based on years of experience as explained on the district Coaches and Advisors Stipend Schedule. Stipends are paid in two equal payments at mid-season and end of season with regular payrolls. Assuming no prior coaching experience the stipend would be $3,770.
